Florist: was done in Aug/Sept. invites: ordered the week before Halloween, sent out right after X-mas Tuxes: we are doing them this weekend, we were told 2 months in advance is sufficient
favors and limos I can't reply-not doing either.

book florist- 11 months before wedding get invites- 6 months before wedding get favors- 6 months before book limos- 6 months before order tuxes-4 months before

Did everything within 5 months of our date. We saved a ton of money this way, since if vendors weren't booked by then most were very willing to negotiate with prices.
We ordered tuxes 3 weeks to the date prior for tuxes.

I had the reception and ceremony site, priest and rabbi, photo/video and bands by mid-November (I got engaged Labor Day weekend). I still have to get dresses, finalize flowers, order invitations, and order favors, but I'm not too stressed about it.
florist was booked in Aug Invites will be done next month Favors have been decided already will buy in April Limos: Unsure whether we will use or not. Tuxses: Waiting for May

I'm getting married this April - florist was booked in Oct 03 Invites were ordered/rec'd Dec 03 Favors ordered Dec 03, but not exact amount and I haven't picked out ribbons, etc Limos were Dec 03 Tuxes - not done yet

Florist- 8 or 9 months
Invites-7 months (only because I didn't know we would have them a week after I ordered them.)
Favors-I just ordered them yesterday, so 3 months
Tuxes-haven't done yet, probably the end of this month.
Limos- we haven't decided yet if we are having, so if we do it will be less than 3 months.

There is still a bunch of stuff I have to do but most of the big stuff is out of the way
