I did mine like 3 months in advance, but it seems they have all the time in the world, they could even do it 1-2 months before

Most of our GM are from out of town, so we are starting the process 4 months in advance. I want to make sure I have enough time to hound them to get their measurements done

My husband got his about a month before the wedding.

Our wedding is 4/26 - the last day for the GM's to get their measurements in is 4/12. I think FI went it to arrange it about a month ago.
