How far in advance do you get your veil and headpiece?

There isn't much of a selection here in North Carolina, so I thought I could get them on my next trip to Long Island. The only problem is that I won't be going up there until July sometime which is about 1 month before the wedding. Is that too long to wait to get them? I just think I have a better chance of finding one I like up there. What do you guys think? Does anyone know of any places that have a large selection? Thanks!

How far in advance do you get your veil and headpiece?

I ordered mine with the dress...but the more I thought about it the more I realized I could have waited. Although it took 4 months to come in. Look online..and a lot of people have had luck on ebay. If you are near somewhere in NC try on a few to see what style you like. You can always buy the sample when you get to NY.
