How far in advance do you go looking for dress and bridesmaid dresses? Help please thanks

I'd say start looking for your dress 9-12 months before. Some designers have longer lead times then others. I just ordered my dress at the 8 month mark.

I'd say bridesmaid dresses can be ordered 4-6 months before.

My wedding is in June and I'm going to start looking for BM dresses late September/ October i think

I started looking at the 10 month mark but still haven't ordered my dress yet. Looking for BM dresses in Sept (6 months before)

We looked this past weekend, but I plan on ordering them end of Sept. I think we are going to order from RK bridal.

I started looking for my dress about a yr in advance.

I picked out the bridemaids dresses & place to get them but they cant get measured until 6 months before the wedding anyway.

Going for the BM gowns this month and will start trying bridal gowns in August and Sept.

I've just started looking at dresses and am getting married in June. Will prob start to look at BM dresses in Oct/Nov.

My girls are OOT, so I picked it out when the MOH was hear (2 years in advance) and they have checked it out when they visit me. They'll order in Dec or Jan

Im at 7 1/2 months and am still looking for a dress and have know I need to order something in the next 2 weeks bc they all seem to be 6-8 months. Going bridesmaid dress shopping tonight for first time but i believe its not a long as the bridal gowns.
