We booked ours literally the day the dates became available because the resort offers amazing early bird discounts (Couples Resorts - Couples.com). The flights we won't be able to book until the middle of next month because that's when they become available (we are going in January 2012).

Booked it a couple of months ago - we are going in Feb 2012, but not the flights yet bc jet blue's schedule doesn't go that far yet.
