I was wondering if it would be too soon to book right after the holidays. I am having a Saturday wedding and we need a Thursday RD. When did you/do you plan on booking with the restauraunt??

luckily I am having the dinner at my mom's, but I did book the rehearsal at my hall already

my fmil is throwing it - and she is so on the ball. mine is booked and my wedding is more than 1 yr away!!
i guess it depends on how big, where you want it, and who is in charge......

I would say call the places you would want a 6 months before and ask them how far in advance they take reservations.
