How is everyone staying organized??

How are you staying organized with vendors, phone calls and appts.?


I keep a binder with different color coded sections for each vendor and parts of the wedding. This helps a lot!

I have a wedding planning binder and a binder with pics. I also keep everything in a bin. Things that I have booked already go in the binder and things that I have not, all information is in the bin. I also have a planner to write down appointments, when payments are due, etc.

I have a binder/folder thing and each area of the wedding has their own section. I'm gonna have to get a bigger thing soon though cause it's getting tight!! I also have a shelf on my bookcase that is devoted to wedding stuff, including, wedding magazines!!!

My sister bought me this great planning book with accordian-style folders in the back. I also use excel to keep track of payments.

I have something like an accordian folder and have tabs for each vendor that I have booked as well as pics of the bouquet I want and the hair and makeup I like.

am i the only one without a planner or organizer??? I am so unorganized.... I have stuff stapled together and the rest is by memory - I really need to put something together, but i've been so lazy about it!!

I actually got that bag from the knot, it was $10
