How is everyone staying organized??

How are you staying organized with vendors, phone calls and appts.?

I keep a binder with different color coded sections for each vendor and parts of the wedding. This helps a lot!

I have a folder as well. Color coded too. But I booked everyone, except hair and make-up. It's fairly easy to stay organized. We have a payment schedule, since we decided to pay our vendors in increments, so the tab won't be that big at the end!

I have a divided binder, too.

I keep appointments in my Palm Pilot (wedding stuff is color coded light blue - school, work, and personal appts are all different colors.)

I keep brochures/business cards for vendors that i haven't booked yet in a big bag in my closet. When I'm ready to book a particular vendor, I pull out the bag and make appts.

I have a binder put together to keep everything sorted. I also have a calendar in the beginning to keep track of payments that are due and ALL appointments - even non-wedding ones.

I have a wedding organizer, it's a little binder with dividers and little folders for clippings and contact cards.

We are paying the vendors we have so far in increments.

we just moved so I am still trying to get myself situated, but I do have a binder and as soon as I have a free minute to really devote the time to it, I will be totally organized.

I have a big wedding binder with folders ...and I do a lot in excel spreadsheets.

We have a binder with color coded/labeled dividers. One area is for contracts another is for floral ideas, gowns I like, cakes, favors, ect..

We also have a spreadsheet which keeps tabs on what we have spent, what we have paid to who, what we owe and due dates.

I bought a cute wedding binder book from B&N it has folders in it to hold contracts and receipts. and questions to ask vendors.

I also have a binder with different color coded sections. I have all of my fees entered into an excel program and set up emails to email me 1 week prior to payments being due.

I have a binder as well w/different sections in it for each vendor. I three hole punch all necessary info. and add it to the binder right away. I also have an awesome excel budget spreadsheet that I created which has what I've paid and what I owe, etc. I'm an organized nut!!

i have a binder that has tabs also. original contracts in one section then copies and details and our notes in each individual section(fh is a fanatic)

I bought this Martha Stewart Wedding Planner Book- it's great cause it has so many thing i wouldnt think of in it! It has pocket folders, business card holders, and a ton of other things. Im also using the computer to keep track of what i have paid so far and what and when i have to make more payments.

I have something like an accordian folder and have tabs for each vendor that I have booked as well as pics of the bouquet I want and the hair and makeup I like.
