for engegement pix? ive never heard of tehm before this ite and now im thinkig its too late to get them done.

I dont think it is too later. Someone told me that they got theirs done like a couple of months before the wedding. I think its kinda wierd, what are they for? We are not getting them done. I just dont understand the whole concept.

yeah we arent either... but it would be nice. we have NO pictures of us!!! It would be nice to have some professional ones done. I'm too embarreassed to go to target or sears or wherever it is they do pictures.

we were supposed to send ours with the thank you's from the engagment party... but we forgot...

We actually just took some pictures a few months in the 'engagement pictures' style. Photojournalistic, on the beach....etc. We included them in our thank yous for our engagement gifts.
I think it's never too late to take them, if you're taking them for a specific purpose.

Lolita, do you have a good friend that you'd feel comfortable taking pictures around? We used BW film and gave the camera to a friend. They actually came out great, but I'm biased!

well thats a pretty good i dea. my friends friend is a photographer. i know her alittle, so ican always ask her to do it.

Definitely do that then! This way you can be in control of what poses and how many pictures should be taken. No Target photos for you!

We're probably going to get them done a couple of months before the wedding, but only because we get a free session with our photographers. We probably wouldn't have done it otherwise.
