Nah, I knew he would. We talked about it alot. What he didnt have was the funds to get a nice ring so thats why he waited a bit... I kept telling him... I dont care about the ring or what it looks like or how much you spent on it, I just want that 'change in the relationship' ya know?

Nah, I knew he would. We talked about it alot. What he didnt have was the funds to get a nice ring so thats why he waited a bit... I kept telling him... I dont care about the ring or what it looks like or how much you spent on it, I just want that 'change in the relationship' ya know?

you sound like me .....i figured that was his excuse lol,

we always talked about it too and we have a kid together, live together etc....i just felt he was waiting it out lol but at least he finally did it

Yep... I had a feeling he was going to do it because I kept getting hints everywhere i turned... I figured out he was going to do it on our cruise, but of course my friend tells him I think its going to be then so he changed the whole plans on me and completely suprised me a week earlier than he was supposed to propose... Too funny... I think it was actually better that way than if I was to know about it

awww how sweet, yepp that is nice because it was when you least expected it,mine happened on vacation but i figured i would see it getting on the airplane when you have to empty out your pockets.......but he was quick and threw it in his shoe when you have to take them off to go through the metal detector.

2 years 5 months, he asked me to marry him exactly to that time frame, now it is 4 days later

slick one huh??? he must have been sweatinnn Fh was gonna give the ring to a friend to take on the plane since he was going on a different flight than us, but he decided he didnt wanna chance losing it along the way somehow!
