How many hours are you girls having/planning to have your photographers the day of? I am thinking that I will need mine for 12 hours... Is that excessive or is that normal? My church mass starts at 2:30 but I will need them at my house in advance of that, and my reception goes until 12:30AM. Just wondering! TIA!!

My ceremony starts at 3. I think my photographer is coming at 1 and then they stay until 12:30am when the reception ends.

Not sure. Our photographer told us that her services (photographer/videographer) were ours for the whole day... I think she is planning on coming about an hour or two before the ceremony, then staying til the end (so about 10 hours or so?)...

I have 2 photogs for 10 hours
they will be coming at one and leaving a 11 - my recepion ends at 12

Mine will be there for 10 hours. My church ceremony starts at 5pm, 12th night will be at my house one hour prior to and the Cocktail HOur starts at 8 and the party ends at 1am.

12 hours seems pretty reasonable. Especially if you want him/her there for some time before the ceremony starts/if you're taking pics elsewhere besides the RH/etc.

I have 2 photogs for 10 hours...to me thats plenty of time. It probably also depends on how much time you have between the ceremony and reception. Our's are pretty much back to back.

Unfortunatly mine aren't The latest the church will do a mass is at 2:30 which I find ridic!!!

im having to photgs and two video as soon as i start getting ready and what not...ill have one photo and video with me and send the other pair to fh.....the ceremony will hopefully be at 1...so i guess 10ish til the parrty is over...around 9

I'm having my photographer from the moment I start getting ready and the videographer will start from the ceremony. We never really discussed a time limit, on the contract it says all day service.

I am having my photographer the entire day, no limit, no overtime charges. Church is at 3pm and RH is at 6:30....so I will have him from the early morning to take pics as I get make-up and hair done, etc.

Mine also said that I have her for the day, unless it started getting excessive ~15 hours.
