Do guests send gifts? Its almost two weeks now and we haven't gotten gifts from 3 guests and possibly another 2 or 3 who didn't make it. Just wondering when the latest you all got gifts was
I believe that your guests have up to a year, per 'ettiquette'. I have six guests (either single or couple) who haven't sent a gift. I'm pretty sure only 2 of those 6 plan on giving anything. The other 4 just 'can't'. A card or even a congratulatory note written on a cocktail napkin would have warmed my heart. But, such is life.
Our wedding was June 20th and we just received a gift in the mail this past week. However, some people did not give gifts and made it clear that they wouldn't be giving a 'gift.'
