All of them pretty much knew with the exception of maybe one or two. I asked them a month afterwards or two (we were engaged less then a year though). My DH waited an extra month or so to ask his

I was engaged for 7/8 months when I booked my hall and I let all my girls know then.

I didnt know how or when so it seemed appropiate at that time.

my BP pretty much knew they were in it. i asked my sister about 3-4 days after being engaged, my friend about a week later, another friend actually asked me jokingly about a week later and i'm like yes, you're in it. and then the 4th girl FH asked which was about a week after being engaged also.
