I am getting married on Saturday and we leave for Tahiti Monday afternoon.

We're getting married on Sat night and leaving sometime monday morning. We haven't booked yet, but this is what we plan to do...

We are leaving on a cruise 1 week after the wedding. I prefer to go from Saturday- Saturday so I have a day off before work.

Our wedding is Friday we are leaving Sunday morning. We want time to recoup from the wedding. If we left Saturday I know I'd be totally stressed and forget to bring something.

We got married on a Saturday night and left for Hawaii on a 7:00am flight Monday morning. The extra day was the best thing we could have done. We had time to pack and relax!

Our wedding is on a Sunday, and we are leaving that following Tuesday. We want to make sure we have all our loose ends tied up.

We wanted to leave the next day but the hotel was already booked for that Saturday through the next Saturday. So, we are leaving on Sunday instead and coming home the following Sunday.

We're getting married on a Sudnay night and leaving Monday morning, we think...haven't booked yet! Problem is FH only gets 3 weeks vacation a year..so we don't want to use extra days...but maybe if we rested up...another problem...we're probably going to St Lucia so lots of travel time...so that's 2 more days...

I might be leaving 2 mths after!!! We want to do a European cruise but they don't leave till May! We might go somewhere economical for a couple of days just to get away right after the wedding and then wait to splurge in Europe. If we do we'll be leaving the Monday after our Sat wedding! We'd like to have a Sunday brunch with all our hung over fam!!!

We got married Sunday of Columbus Day weekend and left on Tuesday for our honeymoon. It was great to hang out with everyone the day after the wedding.

like 6 months...FH is a teacher and can't take off unless its a vacation and I can't take off from Nov 15-Dec 26th (peak season at work) we have to push it off until the february vacation. To me its worth it, i wanted a september wedding..and to have one in the summer just to go on our honey moon right away felt stupid to me. After our wedding we will probably stay out in the city or the hamptons for 2 days..so a mini honeymoon lol

Same here! We are waiting a month to do a European cruise! but might to a weekend away until then
