I'm in the process of booking and we decided on going for 6 nights and 7 days. I see some girls are doing 2 week HMs. I wish I could take a longer vacation from work but I can't.

We are doing 10 days on an island and 4 days in Vegas so two weeks total and then 2 days recovery before going back to work.

I would like to go for 2 weeks. But I will start a new job in Dec (9 months before the wedding) so I will have to see what they give me.

Our plan is to do at least a week and a half to two weeks in Italy or whatever we choose. Then we are either going to Florida or Myrtle Beach for a week to stay at one of FH's Parent's houses.

This is a good question. Originally we were doing 2 weeks but I finally landed a job in a school and my wedding is in Sept ! So, I def can't take the two weeks then. I think we are going to postpone the long honeymoon until the summer & go on an extended weekend right after the wedding because I can get away with taking a few days....We just don't know where to go for the short one. It can't be anywhere too far because we have a limited amount of time...any ideas??

We're probably going to do one week immediately after the wedding and then another week away during the Christmas break.
