How long before the wedding did you go for your

first fitting????

I'm going about 2 months before..

August 14th is my first fitting and my wedding is oct 10th. I also live in CT and the place is in Massapequa, and I need to go in on a Saturday.

I went 7 months before my wedding for my first fitting because there was so much that had to be done.

I'm going late August (like 23rd) for an October 23rd wedding.

About 3 months, but as soon as my dress came in I went to try it on to make sure it 'almost' fit - that they ordered the right size and with a few adjustments it would fit correctly.

I went for the first fitting in January...for an April wedding...well, early April....
then again in March, and once more in March

Mine is scheduled for August 26- about 6 weeks before. My dress is in & I wnet to visit it on Thrusday, but I didn't try it on. I probably shold have, to make sure I am in the ballbark, but the tag did say the right size #.

My wedding is in Arpil and I am going in October for my first fitting, so I suggest 6 months ahead.

My first fitting was May 15 and my wedding is August 14. I also picked out my veil and headpiece on May 15.

When the dress came in July I went to try it on and then for my first fitting, it was probably the end of September and my wedding was 11/1

Hi! How are you! How was the wedding you went to?

I'm a very trusting, laid back bride, but some of my pessimisitic already married friends & family told me to make sure it was the right one. It was, so me & mom kind stated at it & oohed & ahead for a while. It was like visiting a newborn.

I had mine on 6/28 and they kept telling me that I was too early.... so my second is not scheduled until 8/24. At least I was ahead of schedule with something.
