How long did Duet..........?

Well I just got my proofs last weekend. Regarding the video, Nicole told me it would take approx. 3-4 months after we give them the songs we'd like to be used... it takes a while for them to edit, etc.

I can suggest you FM Usuk2004 or post on Newlyweds .. Usuk2004 (Farah) used Duet for her wedding in February, and she can problably give you a more accurate timeframe when the video was done

I can't wait to hear how yours turns out!! I gotta get my DH moving on picking the music b/c I don't want to wait forever for ours

I am sooooo anxious about this. I didnt really get good shots of the centerpieces and soooooo want to se if everything was as I remembered.

Maybe send Nicole an email ([email protected]) and she can give you a timeframe? She's usually really good at getting back to you in a timely fashion.

I totally know what you mean about being eager to get it.. i'm more eager for my video than I was my pics, I think!! I cannot wait to see all the craziness and things I missed at the recept!

Hmmm...this is really interesting...because I emailed Nicole to ask her to how the video process goes - do I need to get her songs, pics, etc...this was about two months ago...and she said it was done.

I never had to give them songs...now I'm wondering what they used!!! My dad is bringing it to me next week, so I'll get to see it and I'll let you know.

I guess it took about 3 to 4 months, but I'm not really a good gauge because I wasn't too anxious to get it (I'm in London and can't pick it up myself, my parents are visiting next week and will pick it up tonight in order to bring it with them...) Will have full update next week sometime...

Unless it was in your contract, You have to ask them for a unedited copy.

how much does that cost? unedited copy? I want my MIl speech in its entirety.

I don't know if there is an additional cost. Nicole didn't say there was when I asked to get an unedited copy. I sent her an email about it last week.

I realized (after the fact) that I want an unedited copy also!

So it wasn't put into my contract either - but when I picked up my proofs, I asked Nicole if it would be a problem and she said it wouldn't be.

Not sure of any extra costs, as she was meeting with people the day I was at the studio .... so she said we'll discuss it again when I talk to them re: my songs for video ...
