im not sure about email, but i called them directly and got an appointment but they were booked till the following week.
i actually just met with them tonight and i felt so comfortable! she did say they were really busy this weekend with weddings, so it might be a few days before she gets back to you!

Jen (Verbena) is really good at returning phones and emails. I sent her an email and she wrote back that they were busy. And, she apologized for the delayed response. But, she is excellent

yea i would even call if you dont hear anything - i know the LIW contact us form never went through on any vendors we tried to meet with - shes great tho

she got back to me pretty fast. it took her a while to send over the quote and contract, but she was sooo busy with other clients.

Jen is great. She is usually quick to respond and if she is too busy, she'll tell you. I think phone is the best way to reach her though.
