How Long Did It Take For Your Wedding Gown To Come In?????

Hi, I am thinking on getting married May 2007 but I am worried that my wedding gown won't be done in time. Anyone else have 8 months or less to get their gown? also, on average how long did it take everyone to get their gowns? HELP

I ordered my dress in July. They told me it took 6 months so I ordered it a little earlier just in case it were to take longer. And it came in last week. It was here in less than 2 months.

I bought my gown at RK Bridal and my dress was supposed to take 3 months to come in, and it only took 2!

I was told the same thing and it took 6 weeks!

I still don't have mine and I'm a March bride. I visited RK Bridal last night and they said I was still good in terms of time, but that I do need to decide soon.

It really Depends on the Gown! I waited to until 6 months before the Wedding Day to try gowns on. I asked the Salesperson only to show me gowns that she knew that I could get in time. Luckily I found one that would be in less the 4 months.

I was told mine would take 6 months and it came in about 4 1/2 months

My dress is 9 months + 2 so really 11 months!

I was told it would take about 9 months, and it came in 5.

I was told at one store that it took 9 months to come in so I called the designer headquaters and they said that it takes different amount of time depending on how they are contracted through the designer. They then gave me a list of their first string dealers. i am ordering my dress tomorrow but they said it would be in in 3 months!

I was married this past May and I ordered my dress in September of 05. My dress came in at the end of April. Plenty of time for 2 fittings and alterations
