to find THE gown?

I've tried on 4 so far and i'm going back tonight. i'm afraid if i love something tonight i'll go with it, but regret it later in the year.

I went shopping once, tried on about eight dresses and the ONE was one with crazy colored beads but it was just IT. And luckily I found out it came with different colors and it ended up being perfect.

I did it in one day. I think I tried on about 25 gowns. The last one I tried was it. Believe me you will know when you found the one. If you like something but don't love it, keep going.

I tried on about 60 gowns total. I eventually just had to have my mom tell me which one was 'the one' because I was going out of my mind. When she cried, I went with that dress. I can't say it's 'the one' but it looks pretty and I was sick of looking. I'm going to make it be the one!

I ended up getting the first gown i tried on... Though, I did try on six others just to make sure...

I went last week to Lillette's, just to try on some gowns.

The saleslady selected 4 for me to try on...the first one I tried on was IT!!! I tried the other 3 on, but they were not it.

I still loved the first one, and have NO desire to even LOOK at let alone try on another dress!!

Me too....I think it was more because I just loved trying on wedding gowns. I knew once I ordered my gown, the whole process of trying dresses on would be over. :

My dress was #74. So much so I kept running into the same gowns in all of the salons as I had a definite budget.

Kinda mimics my old dating life... took me WAY too many dates to count before I met FH at the age of 32. I always joke, he was the last single guy left to date in NY and it was the last dress I hadn't yet tried on.

I have no idea how many gowns I tried on; there were SO many! I went to 11 or 12 shops (2 of them I walked in and out of very quickly). I just went with the gown I liked the best (which was so not what I thought I was going to get!) and that I didn't want to take off! My family and I aren't the teary type so we were just like yeah, that's the one! I didn't like dress shopping to begin with so after the third shop I didn't wanna go anymore so by the end I had had it and I just wanted to order the **** thing!

I guess I got lucky, mine was the first one I tried on at Kleinfeld and the one that i bought. (although I tried on others - i always went back to that one)

I went to about 6 stores and tried on at least 50. I never the feeling that 'this is the one' but I found a few I loved and finally decided which one I love mosted. lol
