i still dont call him my fiance and probably wont. my landlord thinks we are married so i do call him husband in fron of him though, lol. then again i never really called him BF really that much either, i just used his name.

I would say that it felt even more weird for me when he called ME his fiancee. I was like....'im someones fiancee, holy s h i t!'
I guess it felt weird for a few weeks but now im very used to it. Its definitely gonna be strange again though when im someones WIFE!!! lol

It's so funny because I still tend to call him my boyfriend every now and then. When I do refer to him as my 'fiance' a giggle a little bit because it still sounds so weird! We've been engaged for 3 months.

It took me like 18 seconds to start calling him fiance. lol. I love saying it. I think husband will be a harder transition for me than fiance was

i hate using that word.. fh hates it also. Not that we are completely anti-french ( at epcot we were all most kicked out for given the country france the middle finger of course this is 20 beers later and we both dislike france's attitude to the U.S.) We were welcomed shortly in england with open arms though
So anyway back at the subject at hand.. we use husband to be or wife to be or we still use bf & gf at times. It really isn't a big deal to us i guess... sometimes our friends call us wifey and husband since we pretty much just 'act' married all ready.

first of all congratulations!!
i thought it sounded REALLY weird to call him my fiance at first...i felt like it was too proper sounding or something and felt silly using it. but now i say it all the time and i love it b/c people who don't know i'm engaged/people i don't know that well start asking about wedding stuff which OF COURSE is my favorite topic!! so i LOOOOOOOVE using it now!!
