how long do you need to take pictures between the wedding and the reception?
My church is about 45 min (in traffic) from my hall....

I know a lot of parks give out permits for 1 1/2 hours so that's what I'm basing my time on -- I'm also about one hour away from my hall

It depends where you want to take pics and how far away that is..also if you want to go to your cocktail hour.
My ceremony is at 2 and the CH starts at 6:30, its probably between 1/2 hour to an hour away (I really don't know) we are taking pics somewhere inbetween the two palces and plan on getting there early to check on everythiong and take the family shots. We are going to our CH.

We are allowing 3 hours between the start of the ceremony and the CH
