Karina - she is really busy and hard to get in touch with but she will get back to you. If you don't hear in 2-3 days give another call/e-mail.

She is very busy. I got an email from her last night in response to one I sent yesterday morning but sometimes she can take longer, and sometimes she just doesn't get through all of her emails in one sitting! I think she told me one day she logged on and had 400+ new emails!

I think I've said this before, Jennifer is a total sweeheart - really nice person. But, she really isn't the greatest as as far as makeup. I waited to finally get a trial appt, and I was disappointed in the final result. It wasn't anything 'special' or 'wow'; I felt I could have done a better job at making my eyes stand out. However, I was going on everyone's advice from LIW. The only reason I'm saying this is because you shouldn't be disappointed that you couldn't get her - because you might not be that happy anyway; there is probably someone else out there who will do a super job. I emailed her twice within the past two weeks and she still hasn't gotten back to me!!! I can understand that she is busy however I think taking two weeks to get back to a prospective client is a little bit ridiculous.

I actually just left a message yesterday morning and she called me back today.
