How long have you been at your current job and do you like it??

I have been with the same company for 18 years and love it. I love the people I work with and love my boss.

I get excited to go to work.

I've been with for 5 months now, so I'm still getting used to everything. It's a whole different career change from what I was doing before, so I'm learning a lot. But the people I work with are great. I get along with everyone in my office.

Some of my clients on the other hand......well that's a whole other story. My job is also very tolling emotionally, so it's REALLY hard sometimes.

eh. It's a little better now then when i started 2 years ago (wow already!)

i'm not looking to stay at this job forever but it's good for right now. It's a learning experience lol.

a little over a year...and NOPE!

I took the job while in grad school to make money and to get some experience, but i never imagined i'd be here after i finished school. I am way underpaid for what I do and it is not in line with what I went to grad school for. Unfortunately, what I am looking to do are the types of jobs cut in this economy so I have not been able to find anything...I do love the people I work with though...so at least if I am stuck at a crappy job i at least like the people...

5 years this Nov, blahhhhh. I hate it and I hate my boss. I need change. I would love to work for HBO, does anyone know anyone or know anything about working for Time Warner company??

im an intern at a hs and ive been there for 6 months now..
its pretty enjoyable-i enjoy some ppl more than others though

I've been working as my Mom's secretary for 10 months...its not my dream job but the hours are flexible and my boss is really nice and gives me time off when I need it

I totally agree with the emotionally draining part...

I've been at my job for a year and thought it was OK...I am transferring to a new dept in a week and a half!!

Way too long. Took this as an as now job since I am in Grad school for something totally unrelated and needed a full time job. Drama the first week, didn't listen to my gut and stayed and have been miserable ever since, not enough work, the envt't, everything *****. Made the decision though that until I start my real career which won't be for another year and half I will waitress, be a hostess do whatever I can so I can outta this place shortly. Life is too short to be unhappy.

I have been here for 5 years and i need to get out, they are trying to force me out-day by day, but i think is driving them more nuts by coming back every day

i wish i had a company track record LOL it seems like i have been switching around from job to job, the longest job ive had (out of college) was 1.5 years. I have been in my current job for almost 4 months (career change) and i do like it so far, i work a normal 40 hour work week which is very nice (against past jobs ive had)

how are they forcing you out?


by calling me out on petty things because me and my direct supervisor don't speak to one another and she is trying to get our higher boss against me because of it. It's a whole stupid thing going on and I think it annoys them that i have no problem coming in everyday and not talking to any of them

I worked for one of the big 4s until our firm's bankruptcy helped kill the economy- I still have a job but I wish I could be doing something a little more challenging. It is my first job out of school and the salary is nothing to sneeze at so hopefully i will remain her until after the wedding. I am sitting tight bc this is not the climate to start a carrer change

ive been there for a lil over a year and i love it but hateeeee the hours and sometimes its very depressing... when i first started i cried ALOT!! lol im learning to be a b*tch now lol
