How long is your honeymoon?

I feel like FH and I are the only ones honeymooning for only a week. Between work and the resorts we were looking into, a week was the only feasible option. Do you think a week is too short?

When we did try to extend it, it was too late.

ours is 6 night 7 day in spain. i wish it could be longer but i know it will be great.

We're taking two weeks for the honeymoon because we're going to hawaii. We're from NY and i'm sure the next time we get to go, will be in 20 years... so why not go all out.

Plus i feel like you can't do hawaii in a week... i plan on relaxing for a week and exploring for a week.

7 nights in Aruba. We are going a week that I am off from work (I work in a school). If we had longer we probably would have gone to Hawaii.

1 week for us too. He probably has to take a week off for the wedding and for me to move, so that's all we could do.

Here's a suggestion. Don't have kids right away so the you can have many honeymoons> B/C after that......

We're getting married in December so our plan right now is to delay the HM until after Christmas - that way we spend our first Christmas together here with our families and wake up together on Christmas morning in our new condo.

We want to go away for three weeks, which will make it easier for us to take the time with work, I can use my vacation days from both 2006 and 2007 to make it 3 weeks. I really didn't want to have to save all my days for the end of the year -- I think I would go crazy!!!! And this way,we can celebrate our 1st New Year's in a foreign country

ours is 2 weeks, but i think it depends we're your're going. if you have a long plane ride (hawaii, tahiti, etc) i think you need longer. but for the caribbean, i think 1 week is fine!
