Close friends for 6 months before we started dating.
Together 1 year + 5 months before we got engaged.

Friends for 10 years, then started dating, first began dicussing marriage when I went back to school (4 months into relationship) then got engaged at 3 3/4 years.

This is hard.

Know eachother 7 years.

Hooked up one night. Didn't hook up again for 4 years. I pined after him for that entire time even through another relationship (I know I know...lol).

Hooked up again, and never really classified ourselves as ANYTHING until I met his family. And even then we never really called eachother boyfriend/girlfriend. We were engaged 11 months later.
