approximately? I found a site that you can check on your refund, but i don't have my amounts with me. So i was just curious as to about how long it takes? We filed in Feb.

did you direct deposit your refund? if so, it takes about 6-8 weeks. if you are waiting for a check in the mail, it takes about 10-12 weeks.

Same here .. we each used Turbo Tax and I had my Federal refund deposited into my checking account in just about 2 weeks..
Its the first year I filed online and I highly recommend it (thanks to FH, who guided me through the process)

we did it by paper since we had a lot of deductions. but we did choose direct deposit. *SIGH* so i guess we have awhile to go.
FH is delusional, thought it would take a couple weeks!!!

Direct Deposit takes less time then mail, and the earler you file the less time it takes to get it back.
I filed Feb 1st, once and got my money by March 1st. (only for Federal, state is so slow)

We did ours by paper.... sent out first week of Feb. Last I check on their site (www.irs.gov) our check was just mailed out FRIDAY!!! Which is about a month and a week after we mailed it in. So a month and a half I guess (hope) from mail box to mail box.

I did my taxes online on March 2nd and the money was deposited into my account on March 12!! I was shocked when I checked my account today to see all the money!! SHOPPING SPREE!!! SHHH!! Don't tell my husband!!!
