How long to wait?

How long to wait?

I met with a florist on July 17th. I really liked her, I thought she got what I was going for and her prices were good. However, I haven't heard anything back from her since then. I emailed and called her. Should I just move on? I really liked her!

hm, 10 days w/ no reply seems odd! Maybe call 1 more time and make it a pt to say you already left 1 msg ~ if you dont hear from her quickly then i would prob move on b/c you dont want an inattentive vendor!!!

Well, its wedding season... I would expect a delay if your not one of the immediate weddings for this weekend.

If you love her, give her a call Monday (not email) - then if she doesn't reply then it is time to move on.

that is rude, even if it IS wedding season. Who doesnt have 10 minutes to write back? I would give it one more email or call, and be done.

(ps you do realize in t-minus 1 hour you will have FM from some stalkers....)

If you really like the person then I agree with one more call on monday and then their loss.

I haven't had that problem with any of the vendors and I have been calling/making all my appointments in high wedding season too. It personally would make me nervous if they are this unresponsive before you have even booked them! What are they going to do after they have your money? But who knows, maybe they are just the type to devote all their time to the customers they have booked.

If you truly love them and have your heart set on them as your florist, I'd say give them one last call.

Hey not sure where you are looking, but I know you like the modern carnation thing like me. I met with perfect rose floral designs in east islip, and the owner is amazing! She is young and loves doing 'different' things.
