we got engaged in Dec. so i figured our time was up, but we keep getting gifts!!!! so how long do people have to give an engagement gift?

Hey I got them at the eparty, and a few cards straggled behind in the mail, but that was about it!!!! DON'T complain!

I was just wondering how long people have to give a gift. Some people I expected something from didn't even give us so much as a card. And some people who we did NOT expect a THING from got us a gift like the next day!! So weird!!!

My mother and FMIL really have come through. They gave us ALL of our china! My brother and a couple of aunts also gave us some nice things but pretty much everyone else is a no show.

same here. FH refuses to have a 'fund raiser' for our wedding. I just thought it would be a nice excuse to party!
