I love my e-ring, but the prongs are way too high and a wedding band doesn't look right next to it. Also I wanted it a little thicker. I was thinking about redesigning it a bit by lowing the prongs and making it curvier. Has anyone done this? How long would it take to custom design a ring? Thanks

My setting was custom made in about 4 weeks I believe. I'm not sure how much they could do w/your original setting, they may have to start all over (using the same diamonds of course)

Mine took 2 months, but it was because there was a lot of detail. I wanted a platinum setting with yellow gold bar accents on each side. Because of the level of heat to have the gold attached they had to custom cut the diamond accent/baguettes so they would not break during the heating process.
My FH bought my diamond in March last year and the ring was not compeleted until the end of May....
