jobs have you had (as an adult) and what was the longest you were at one job?
I was at my last job for ten years. I worked at five other companies before that in about 7 years.

from Age 15 on I had 35 jobs...When I was under 18 I would stay at a job for a week or two or a month the longest...Lets say I got plenty of experience.
The job I have now, I have been doing for 5 and a half years. Scott

what counts as an adult? I'll count my jobs after I left retail (which I worked at about 6 different stores in 5 years).
3 Temp jobs for 4 months. Next place for 3 1/2 years (longest). This job will be 3 years in Feb.

3, but one was freelance, one was a temp to perm (3 months until I quit in a blaze of glory!) and then this one...Stuckinarut and Co. (3 years)

not counting temp jobs--obtained through different agencies...
4 full time/permanent jobs...
2 part time jobs (these are independent of the full time jobs)...
and that's in almost ten years.

Since college I've had 4 jobs.
The first lasted about 7 months. The second (I was laid off) I was there one week short of 4 years. The third, I was there about 22 months. I've been at my current job for a little over 7 1/2 years.

Since graduating college I have had 3 jobs prior to the one I am at now. I have been here a little over 3.5 years.

the longest one I kept was for 10 years. started at the good old age of 14

I've been in graduate school since college, so the only 'jobs' I've had were year long internships and externships that paid $0. I had a graduate assistant position for 3 years, which paid for half my credits and I got a small stipend, but no real jobs for me thus far!
Next year, I'll be on full time internship, where I'll bet getting paid the most money of my life thus far - anywhere between $16-$25,000!

i had 1 job before the one I am at now. I worked for a company called Dobbs they serviced the food to the airport we would make the foods put them on the tray and in the carts they go to the airport and the guys drive them there. I hated that job and my boss was a a$$ thank god i left there when i did they had us doing all crazy hours like 4 in the morningtill 11 am or 11 in the morning till 7 pm or until you were done, i love my job i have now been here for 11 years.

Since college, 2 jobs. I worked at Morgan Stanley for a year, and have been at my current job about 4 years now...
ETA: I was promoted from my first job here after 6 mos., so I guess technically I have had 2 different jobs with the same office/company in four years, one other job before that...

Since College, I have had 3 jobs. my first job I was there for two years, my second job it was only a year then I moved to STL and I have been here at my current job for a year and a half.

Since college, I am on my 3rd job in 6 years. It took me 2 tries to find one that I could stay at for an infinite amount of time. Before college, uhhhh there were several - maybe about 8-10 in the course of being a teenager/early 20's.

I have had 5 jobs since college (7 years)
1st - 1 and 1/2 years 2nd - 2 months (i got snatched up for my 3rd right after starting) 3rd - 2 1/2 years 4th - 6 months (and the worse six months of my life) 5th (current - 1 1/2 years)
I am hoping to stay at this one for many years to come.
