we looked at about 10..we picked one...then we cancelled the wedding...the wedding is back on and we looked at only one place in our search and we're having it there...i say if you love the place then you should have it there...but to make your parents happy you can go see a few more places

we went to two

we went to Russo's first because we happened to be outside of it and were like 'hey lets check it out'

then we went to JT and i fell in love the second i walked inside. . . we went home to talk about it and called the next day to make an appt. to book it!

We liked some places-then the prices were outrageous! Thank God we found The Old Field Club!

And finally found my place on Long Island.

Knew it was THE place as soon as I saw it.

checked out 3...knew as soon as i walked in! However my FSIL checked out about every place on Long Island before choosing hers...so to each is own!!

20 and I narrowed down to 3. I thought I was definitely going with East Wind, which was the second hall I saw. Then I found the Hamlet, and fell in love with it.

Woodbury Country Club
John Anthony's on the Water
The Riveria

We picked the Woodbury Country Club and couldn't be happier!

I think if you look at too many places, you tend to get confused and its harder to make a decision.

Leonards(i had attended a wedding there)

I think theres more, but I can't think of them right now.
