How many??

How many readers are you having at the ceremony.

I have one already,. but i was thinking about adding another person, but I didn't want it to be too much.

I want two, but FH wants one or none. I want to prolong the ceremony he wants it to be as quick as possible. I'll eventually win !!!

I am having three.

Two readers for readings and one for the Prayer of the Faithful.

Re: How many??

We're not having a religious ceremony...but we wanted at least one reading - either a poem or blurb from a story - so we're having at least one...no more than 2.

I don't think that having someone do a reading is going to make it longer. I know that for a Catholic Mass/Ceremony the priest will read for whoever you don't have readers for.

Re: How many??

I am having a Catholic ceremony with 2 readers and maybe a third (who will read the Pray of the Faithful).

Re: How many??

Marcella...I think it is for a full mass, not a ceremony...but I'm not positive.

The Prayer of the Faithful can be in either a full mass or a ceremony. It is really up to you.
