As soon as you join you can add profile and avatar pics

You need 1000 to change the writing under your name

Under account scroll to the bottom

Under profile pic (that is the pic you have when someone clicks your SN) I see yours

Avatar Pic is the pic that everyone sees on when you write/comment on a post

Not sure how clear that is but HTH
