how many are you inviting how many do you want to show?

so my mom gave me her list today, she has 87 and she figured pretty much everyone will show. FMIL sent her list, she has 64 but only thinks 47 will show. We still need to get a list from FFIL and do our list. Our goal was to stay at 180 and under. how many do you think we should invite if 180 is our goal?

alrite, so taking in what everyones said FH and I agreed to keep out invite list to about 200 give or take a few. I mean, if we end up under 180, we'll still be happy, just means a few more bucks we can save, lol

Is 180 your minimum? Or just a number you want to try and stay under?

our minimum is 120. the riviera holds 220, but we'd like to be no more than 180 because we dont want to have to put tables down one part of the hall, we want to use that part for the photobooth

If you invite 200 you should be good! I hate all this guessing of numbers. I wish I could send out a 'Do you think you'll attend next year' check yes or no, postcard.

BTW- do you know where you're getting your photobooth?

same here! the booths themselves seem to be the nicest looking, like they arent going to stand out all cheesy looking. did you actually book them yet? we're going to officially book video and flowers then do the photobooth

Probably invite around 200 maybe a little more.

wejust made a mock list of ppl we think will def come like 2 months ago.. ill prob invite round 150.. dont want more than 100 ppl.

we are inviting around 280ish and are expecting around to 220 to show.... i would say no more than 200 if you need to keep it under 180

We have a min of 130 and a max room size of 175 (not too much to play with) and most of the guests are very close friends and family so we are assuming only 10% won't come. We're inviting 175 with one RSVP date and as I get 'No's in and if we go under 150, I have a few others I'm gonna send an invite too with a later RSVP date.

We are inviting 250, hoping only 200 show up. How sad is that... Its like saying 'hey you 50 people, you better say no. I don't want to pay for your plates' lol
