I was just wondering how many bridal shops you gals went to before you found your dress???
I have quite a few appointments. But I don't want to go overboard. And then I won't be able to make a decision. All the dresses are beautiful!

I found my dress at the first store I went to, but I also knew that this was the store I wanted to work with and basically was limiting myself to their selection or I would have had them order my dress if I found it elsewhere. I found my dress the first day, so I ran to two other stores and tried on like twenty more dresses just to make sure. Nothing compared to their service or selection. I went back the next day to order my dress!

Fantasia Bridal in Rocky Point where I found a great dress...
THEN to Bridal Suite in Centereach where I found 'the one'

2, the first one had beautiful dresses but the staff was the most horribly nasty bunch of b***hes.

I only went to 2 and could have gotten a dress at the first place. It was expensive so we kept looking. Found my dress at store #2.

Flowerama in Gelndale and Elmont Macy's in Manhasset Avic's Bridal Shop (local store by me) The Wedding Salon of Manhasset (I got my dress from there)

I went to David's Bridal first, just to try some dresses on. I found one that I liked, but didn't buy it. The second store I went to was RK Bridal in Manhattan, and that's where I found my gown.

Went to 3, found the dress at #2, bought it at 3.
Number 1 closed a month after I went there! Whew!!

I went to 5 places but ended up getting the second dress I tried on at the first place i went too! Looked a little more to placate my mother more than anything else!

I went to one and fell in love w/ the dress after I tried it on! It was the third one I tried on out of 7!

i went to six stores and found my dress at the last place but if it were up to my mother we would have gone to at least 10!!!! She was SOOO disappointed that she wouldn't get to see me in more. I swear I tried on at least 60 dresses!!!
