We're having our reception at Giorgio's, and they actually gave us a sheet listing what we need to bring 2 days before our wedding day. Included were favors, cake topper, cake cutter set, toasting flutes, etc.

My in-laws did it the day before the wedding. Our rehearsal was on Friday and wedding was on Sunday, so we had a full day in between.
