How many did you buy?

We're expecting about 200 guests and are doing bubbles for after the ceremony. How many bottles do you think I need? They seem to come in cases of 24 each. If I buy 8, I've got 192; or I can get 7 cases and get 144. I also saw someone selling them in packs of 80, so if I got two of those that would be 160. How many do you think I need to have??

IMO, I would just buy per couple and then add a few extra. I can't see many men blowing bubbles. My friend had them at her wedding and the men seemed to bypass the bubbles.

That would save some $$. I never thought about the men not wanting to blow bubbles. Has this been the experience of other people as well?

I think the opposite. I know my family and I know how they are. If every guest at the church does not have a bubble something would be said. So I am going to order 200 bubbles just to be on the safe side. I rather have extra than not have enough.

I have 175 people at my wedding. My church was pretty full and I used less than 100 bubbles - maybe 85-90. I had gotten a great deal on e-bay for bubbles and now have about 9 boxes left! (Giving them to a friend for her wedding).

I'd go for the 192/8 boxes.
