How many dresses..

How many dresses..

I need your opinion girls..how many dresses 'should' you try before thinking that you have found 'the one'?? And. how many different stores should you go to?
I'm convinced that I have found it, but I only tried on 4 dresses at only 1 store! Do you think I should still look,maybe even at 1 other place? I'm sooo confused! I don't want to rush and order ...

I tried on at least 20, and went to three different salons. I knew mine right away, I didn't want to try on any other dresses. Definitely don't rush into it!

everyone is different. I thought it would take me forever to find a dress, only because I'm very picky and critical (it takes me months to decide to buy a sweater!).

We walked into the store, and I ended up with the second dress I tried on. I knew it was 'the one' because the second I saw it on me, I started to cry. I did try on a few more after that, but came back to the second one.

Not sure how many you 'should' try. I've heard of girls trying 1 and it was it and others they tried so many they lost count - like me

If you are convinced that this is it and believe that's this is the one for you - then great! but if you have some doubt--you do have some time if you want to compare/rule out some and to give you a piece of mind - but don't try on too many and get confused

Me: All I knew I wanted a Strapless/Ballgown. I went to 5 different stores and must have tried on 70 in each store. I could never make up my mind on anything. But finally I ended up back at Bridal Reflections (which was my 2nd store) and decided on a gown (which I saw and kinda liked the first time around and I was in with my dress -- there will be a feeling come over you when its the ONE! I cried when it was the one.

I tried on about 15, went with the 3rd I tried on. And I bought it on the first trip shopping.

When it's your dress, you'll know!

I tired on about 10 dresses in one salon and the 10th dress was the one. I just fell in love with it! Till this day I still have not seen a wedding dress that I like better then mine. I know it was the one because I did not want to take it off.

i tried on about 7 dresses at 1 store and the 1st one i tried on i loved...if you like it don't go crazy b/c if it is the one then it is theone.

I tried on about 10 in the first store I went to and the 2nd one I tried on in the next one was IT. You just know when you find it.

honestly, its weird they say you know.. I didnt believe it.. but when I put on my dress I knew it right away.. I was ear to ear smile and I wouldnt take it off. I tried on other dress after. they made me think but I knew the first one was it..

i tried on 10 in one store but i already knew it was the third dress that i tried on. i tried on the rest just to have fun! i dont think theres a formula. you know when its the one

Everyone says you will just know...I havent tried on any but I can tell you I have about 25 saved that I love!

I tried on 74 before I found the one!!!! Seriously. But then again it took me almost 33 years to find my husband so why should I find the dress quickly either

You have to just keep looking, and looking, and looking. If you don't get an emotional response it's not the dress for you.

I went to 5 stores to search for my 'dream' gown. I felt like I was never going to find 'the one' because ALL the dresses I tried on were so beautiful-how do you pick just one?! But when I did find my dress, that was it. I stopped looking and paid the deposit. I felt that if I kept looking, then I would always compare all the other dresses to 'the one' and that would be a waste of time....

Mine was the first one I tried on, but I must have tried on 20 after that just to be certain. All along I knew, and I just wanted to be absolutely sure before I ordered it. But there was a feeling the minute I put the dress on that it was the one. Even with no comparison to other dresses. So keep trying on dresses, and then when you find it, you'll know.
