I'm only getting 5 extra. Our min is 100 and our guest list is 175. I don't think I'll need a b-list.

it depends if you are having them addressed or not professionaly. if you are and you plan to have even the b list people already addressed, then order enough for every single b list just in case you have to go to them and then about 10 more, maybe 15 at the most.
if you are not having them professionally addresses OR decide not to have the b list ones addresses (and will just address them by label, etc. if you have to send them), then just order enough to cover the a list plus the b list and maybe only like 5 more at the most.
we had 2-3 people never receive their invite in the mail and had to use one of the extra invites which were not addressed (we had the b list envelopes addressed). and then there were people also who we added at the last minute who werent on the original b list so we needed blank ones for those. unfortunately though we have the majority of the b list ones left and cant do anything with them because all of the envelopes are addressed. ,i kinda wish i woulda just had those blank and created a label if need be (that way we wouldnt have so many left over)
