I need some help. I am getting married at 10:30am on a Saturday morning. In addition to myself, I have 7 bridesmaids, 3 other women (Mom, FMIL, Gram), and 2 FG's who need to get hair and makeup done at my house. How many different hair and makeup people do you think we need to be able to get everyone done and so we don't need to be up at like 3am? Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!

I would say at least 3 people are needed for both hair and makeup if you can swing that. Depending on how fast they work, you may be able to swing 2 each, but I think that's pushing it.

Usually your hair and makeup person has people they can bring with them depending on the size of the bridal party. They will suggest how many additional people you need but it will likely be 3 or 4.

most likely 4. i have myself, 4 bms, and my mom, and we were told we'd need 3 people to do the job in 2 hours.

We had 2 hair people to do 6 of us in 3 hours (myself included) and it was pretty tight. Your hair and makeup vendors should tell you ideally how many people they recommend. Leave it up to them as they're the professionals.

We had 3 hairdressers for 7 people and 1 makeup artist do 2 makeups...We started at 6 a.m. and were done by 8 a.m....They rocked!!!
