Girls how many places did you look at? FH and I went to 2 places and love 1 of them. I want to see a few others but FH will go but does not really want to. I love the other place and the price I just feel I am suppose to look at more. He a D.J. so he been to a billion places and feels the other places either I will not like in person or is out of budget. Advice please!! Thanks!!!

In a course of a month FH and I looked at 4 RH. We booked with the 4th one we looked at. We just fell in love. As we left we couldn't stop talking about the hall and the following weekend we brought our mothers with us and booked it then.

i had 38 halls on my list... FH refused to go to any of them until i narrowed it down to about 2. LOL. My top choice was Sandcastle, but I wanted to see it last, so I wouldnt be jaded. i went to about 5 halls, then panicked about losing the date i wanted so i went to SC and booked it next day! When you know, you know!

We looked at 5 and the 2 that we couldnt decide between we saw again. Dont look at too many then you get confused but narrow it down to the ones that make sense budget wise and see more so your definately sure

We only went to two, but that's mainly bc I've been to sooooo many weddings already, I knew what I liked and didn't like lol
Plus I knew I wanted Bridgeview before we even went to see it lol

FH and I looked at 3 places the same day with my Mom and Stepdad and wound up booking with the first place. West Sayville CC Timber Point Three Village Inn
We thought we were going to love Timber Point and not like WSCC. Turned out we loved WSCC and Steve the manager (and they had the best rate) and were turned off by the staff at Timber Point. The Three Village Inn was just too small for our guest list. Plus I've been to a good amount of weddings, so I knew that I wanted something more unique.

We went to 7 Jericho Terrace Swan Club Westbury Manor Westchester Manor The RiverView Fox Hollow Leonard's
Technically Leonard's doesn't count because first I called for an appointment and the BM who called me said he couldn't do the day I wanted to go. Then we went in person and they told us someone would call us back, but NEVER did!!! But now you can see why we didn't want to book with them! Of all the places we went we we're torn between Westbury Manor and The RiverView. We chose WM in the end because we just knew that was the venue for us.

Wow...i looked at alot with FH and after the 7th ..i know it was it..but the FH wanted to look at more and i told him that all the other places i will not care about ..so then we stopped looking after that ...u will know ..trust me!!!

We looked at 5 halls.... after seeing the first three, we thought the first was our hall. but then we saw the fifth and it threw everything out the window, we fell in love. Plus we had found something that made FH smile from ear to ear so how could we not pick it?
