How Many Homes ?

Countless...in person we looked at about 15 (my sister's a RE agent and there are tons of new homes available in GA, where we relocated). Online on mls.com and realtor.com over 300 (no kidding).

But as soon as we walked into our home we knew it was the one. Actually, from the outside we knew. Once DH said 'this is in our price range?' I knew he was in love!

We must have seen over 100 homes and bid on 10 of them. We lost on 8 of them and had two inspected.

This was in 2002 though..very different market.

We looked at about about 50 houses in person. We put offers on 2 houses out of the 50 and still searching

A LOT...

It took us over 3 years to find our home.
