our ceremony, after recieving line should end by 5pm.
CH starts at 630, but FH and I dont care if we dont go. just want to get all the family/group pics in first so they can enjoy CH

ceremony is at 5. after receiving line and all that jazz probably leaving the church around 6-6:15. i'm taking pics about 5 mins away. rh is down the street from the church. ch starts at 7:30

Our church is at 2:30 then CH at 6... you should have plenty of time!!

Our ceremony started at 2:30 and the cocktail hour started at 6:30. We only took pictures at the church and the RH.
We had just enough time to take the pictures and then have a bite to eat in the bridal suite before joining our guests for part of the CH.
If you're taking pictures anywhere besides the RH and/or want to be at your entire CH, I'd leave more time in between.

full mass starts at 2:30pm, ch starts at 6:30pm - technically its at 7:30pm but we are looking to move it earlier

My mass is at 3. I guess over by 4 and out of there by 4:30? The CH starts at 7 so we'll probably have about 2 hours.

I have a huge gap... ceremony is at 1:00 and CH is at 7:00. We're having a full mass and then in between will have time to take pics in 2 places. For those attending the mass, my parents will have them come back to our house for lite refreshments.

I really dont want to see FH before the ceremony but I don't know how to handle the time difference between the ceremony and cocktail hour. We won't be getting married at a church and are considering having a different location for ceremony.
what do your guests do with all those hours in between, especially all the out of towners? do you just expect them not show up for the ceremony?

Church ceremony starts at 3 pm and my reception begins at 6:30.

My church is at 3 and CH is at 7, I figure we will be out of the church by 4:30 after the receiving line and all, then it's a half hour drive to the RH - I think we are just taking photos at the RH, the grounds are beautiful!!!

church would end about 530 and CH starts at 730, im thinking of moving church back by half an hour maybe tho....
