For girls not getting married at the RH, how many hours between the ceremony and reception do you have for pics?
Right now my ceremony would end at 3:30pm and CH starts at 6pm. IDK if this is enough time for pics or what....we can be flexible with the CH start time I think.

My church is at 3 and CH is at 6. I guess church is over by like 3:30? I think it's PLENTY of time for pics. We actually moved it up from 6:30 because we felt it would be too much time.

Our ceremony will end at 4:30 and cocktail hour starts at 7. I think thats plenty of time.

my ceremony is at 4 and cocktail hour is at 8, but it is an hour drive from my church to my RH1

How close are your church and RH? I think that's plenty of time. We have a pretty large gap.
My ceremony starts at 3:00 and it's only a ceremony, not a full mass. So it'll probably be over by around 3:30 - then figure receiving line and pics - we'll probably leave the church between 4:15 and 4:30.
My CH starts at 7:30. So we're going somewhere in between to take pics, and there will be a place set up in our hotel for guests who need somewhere to go.

Church is at 4... Should end by 4:45 - 5...
we are taking pics across the street from church on the beach... so theres no traveling for that...
My RH is probably a half hour 40 mins away... but its a friday in the summer so there might be more traffic... so just say an hour away... that brings us to 6... the CH starts at 6:30....
I really only wanted a handful of pics at the RH...
MY photog ensures me that we will be there for the entire CH.... unless there is traffic of course he cant control that!

our church is at 11 and the reception starts at one! I know its cutting it close, and i am worried about that since i really wanna go to cocktail hour but thats the only time we could get! And we have a lot of out of towners coming, so i think the less time for them to try to figure out what to do is even better for them! i think 2 1/2 hours would have been perfect!! IMO

do to reasons beyond my control:
church starts at 1:00p, ends around 2:00p
cocktail hour starts at 6:00p
so that gives us 4 hours in between, but if you think about the fact that we have to say hello and thank you to everyone at the church, get something 'thrown at us' and the RH is a good 35 minutes away, we have about 3 hours in between.

My ceremony starts at 2:30pm (the latest the church could do it) and it's a full Mass. Including receiving line, we should be out of there by 4:30pm the latest.
Then we're taking pics at Robert Moses and some at the RH on the dock. CH starts at 7pm, and it's approx 40 min away from the church.
I think it's more than enough time to get all of our pics in, and also for our guests to go back to the hotel/home, change, relax for a few and then get to the CH!!

Ceremony is 11:30 CH is 1
We have about an hour for travel AND pictures...I dont like this, but there isnt really any way around it. So we're just gonna take pics during CH.

Ceremony starts at 2, so we should leave trhe church by 330 the latest so that gives us 2.5 hours until the cocktail hour which starts at 6.

I am basically on the time same timeline with the Church as you; Our RH is in Smithtown and church is in Rocky Point, I really hope we don't too much traffic, it is normally about a 35-40 minute drive
I worked out a timeline...I am looking at about 1h30m for pics?

Church(full mass) is at 3 - CH is at 7-8:30 - we extended our cocktail hour to an hour and a half

Are you going to a second location for pics? Are you planning on taking a lot of pics at the RH and the church? If so, I might push the CH back to 6:30 or even 7:00 PM just because I'd be worried about traffic.

my cermeony is at 2, my CH starts at 6:30
honeslty i stopped caring about what my guests thought lol, i need light to take pics damn it! and most of my guests like 10 min from the church anyway so they shouldnt be bishing about it... ok vent over lol

Mass starts at 3 Ends around 4ish After receiving line and church pics will get out of there by 4:30 Get to hall around 5:15 (taking traffic into consideration) Cocktail starts at 7
