I don't know if this was done before, but can you post how many people you invited and how many showed up?
I have a 200 minimum and my class A guest list has 268 people on it. I'm pretty certain I'll meet the minimum, but I was hoping NOT to go over 220-230 max.

We invited 220 and had I think we had 190 attend. Not including vendors... and the one family of 3 that um just showed up!

We invited about 205, we had 143 people show up and our minimum was 140. I was so surprised at how many single people did not bring dates!

302 invited, 200 yes, 194 actually showed the day of the wedding with three last minute additions 150 min.
Most of DHs guests were from OOT.

Day of we had 8 cancellations, but 2 filled in last minute, so 116, 118 including ourselves.
We had 6 vendors, and our minimum was 125. I had something like 78 OOT guests on my invite list though so my results are probably skewed.

232 invited, 155 minimum, 162 yeses.
After we gave the 162 yeses, we lost 4 people due to health concerns that couldn't travel

Invited: 189 Yes/Came: 130 Minimum: 110
ETA: The Yes was actually 137 - we lost 7 ppl the week of, due to a death in the family on the other side that lived in Ireland, and 1 to a bad bicycle accident the day before the wedding.
P.S. As far as not wanting to go over your 220-230, I wouldnt worry too much. In this economy so many people cannot afford to travel for weddings, AND give a gift - out of the 53 that said no - 47 were OOT that lived down south & just couldnt afford the expense of travel, hotel & a wedding gift. It really $ucked b/c a lot of them had never met DH yet & I hadnt seen a lot of my southern cousins in about 10 years - so I was bummed they couldnt make it.

Ugh this was a mess and a last minute scramble for us.
230 invited 95 rsvp'd yes
we had 150 p min. We had to scramble and invite a bunch of people last minute, literally sending out invites 2 weeks before the date. We managed to scrounge up 125 but it ****** we had to pay for 25 extra people.
We are still upset at some people who had no good reason not to come but we won't go there.

after last minute cancellations, was down to 157
Day of - 5 people didn't show.
Min was 150.

We invited 268 I think finally, we had 225 adults day of, two people didn't show.
