how many invites for 200 ppl?

how many invites for 200 ppl?

hey girls ...

im on 08er who needs your advice...

I am looking into have my invites made by a fellow bride but I need to figure out how many invites to have made...

if we are looking at inviting between 200-220 .... do I need to order more than 100 invites?

125 to be safe. I invited 208 people sent out 211 invites.

211 for 208? did you send an invite to every person even in families?

I invited 222 and sent out 120 invites.

We're inviting a little above 200 and figured out that I need about 100 invites. I ordered 125 to be safe.

I would count your people up so you have an exact count and then add about 5 or 10 to that. There were a few that we decided to invited last minute. HTH! GL!

Wait I made a mistakes 208 I sent 111 invites.

We have 220 on the guest list and we ordered 150 invitations, just to because I know my Father may add more ppl to the guest list.

I think 125 is a safe amount as well.

It's usually one invite per couple. So if you have 200 couples, then you need 200 invites. If you have 1 person with or without a guest they still count as 1 invite.

Mr & Mrs. Blah counts as 1 invite

Ms. Jane Doe & guest or without guest is still 1 invite.

When doing your count for the actual reception you need to take the head count for each person, for 200 couples that would make it 400 people at your wedding.

I would order extra invites just incase you decide to invite more people. Plus you want to give them to your bridal party, parents so they would have a copy and keep track of the actual head count.
