HOW MANY MAKEUP/HAIR TRIALS DID YOU HAVE??

..AND WITH WHOM??

Everyone on this board recommends angel eyes, jillian and oksana (for the most part

)

Is it OK to have a couple of trials?

I'm getting in OMG 11 months LOL...
would like a trial for engagement party AND engagement shoot.

What do you think?

When (about) do you start getting your hair trials done? I heard after you get your hairpiece - so when do you usually get your hairpiece?

One hair trial.

2 makeup trials- same guy, different colors.

I started in August for next October. I had two makeup trials (oksana and maureen pedala) and I booked maureen. I have had 2 hair trials so far - the hair genie and april from cosmetic artistry. I have a 3rd on this thursday with claudia pedala. Tarale and Denise Venti where not available on my date.

I haven't had any trials. To me it just seemed too early, plus I don't have my hairpiece yet and I had someone in mind who I am now having second thoughts about.

I will problably be making my appt very soon.

I had two in October for my July wedding. I found that a lot of stylists were booked on my date already.

I had 3 trials...
and ended up booking Oksana and Jenn from the Hair genie on the spot at my 3rd trial...
def. check them out... they made me look amazing the day of our wedding...

My future mother in law wants me to get hair and makeup trials but I dont know if I want to...cause god forbid the day of the wedding doesnt look exactly like the trial i might get all weird lol I might try one trial with someone my mothers friend recommended, other than that I'm going with the salon that i trust who has done hair and makeup for me for other peoples weddings.
