I have had one registry for months!!!! but i am doing the other one soon. Just so it is out of the way and completed.

How many months before your shower....

A shower is usually 2-3 months before your wedding. My suggestion is to do it when you have time, it is a lot more time consuming than expected. We are having trouble because we already live together and do not need that much, so we are basically doing upgrades.

How many months before your shower....

Do it asap. It takes so much time to do!! As you go along, write down what you need to. It's impossible to think of everything all at once.

this! i did mine a few months ago because family members were asking for our engagement party. between now and then i thought of so many things i initially forgot about.

How many months before your shower....

I think we did outs 9 months before the wedding. My shower is really close to my wedding (6 weeks apart) due to us traveling from Rochester. I do think 9 months will give you enough time to add and take away as you need to though.

How many months before your shower....

My shower is in June and I've already done my registries. I've been working on them for a couple months just adding and taking things off. You could start it now and revamp it as it gets closer.

It's never too early to start. Dont leave it for the last minute. If you are having an engagement party I would register soon.

Thanks for not making me feel like a crazy person, haha. It was the first thing we did when we got home from vacation which was where we got engaged. We still have at least another year and 3/4 until the shower!! We've gotten so much from the registry from our families for the holidays, so it's totally worth it!

How many months before your shower....

We only did Bed Bath and Beyond but i'd like to add another to sur la table or something, and maybe for our honeymoon. Problem is we have everything already because we've been living together for 2 years and FH has owned 2 houses already.

How many months before your shower....

Our BBB and Macy's registries are basically done, but we have to decide on a weekend to just finish everything. I'm guessing my shower will be in August or September, so we have plenty of time.
