Are doing the candle ceremony at your ceremony?Not at the mass. At the ceremony?? Im still debating. Joe & I think its nice but is it really necessary? Hmmm? If you are doing it, are u doing it with parents or just you two?

We are not. We are getting married outside and don't feel like it's necessary for us.

we are doing a unity candle ceremony with our parents lighting the candles i THINK we haven't had a chance to talk about it yet but i think we are. and we aren't doing a full mass. just a ceremony.

we're doing just the ceremony also but are doing the unity candle. Our mothers will light the small candles and then we'll light the big candle together. I like and it was important to us to do it

We are doing a unity candle. Fh and I are lighting that and we are also lighting a family candle with his son.

i'm confused by your question... why is there a difference btwn the ceremony and mass? are you not having a mass just a ceremony?

Our ceremony is at the reception hall and we are doing the unity candle then because we think it would be a nice touch, plus I love the candles at glassdimensions that we can keep forever and light every year

We are doing one!!! We are going to have our mothers come up and do it. I am really set on having my father walk me down the aisle alone, so I wanted my mom to also feel part of the ceremony...along with Fh's mom

We are doing it and we're not having a full mass - just the ceremony.
My father and FH's mother will be lighting the smaller candles - FH and I will light the big one. I'm reversing my parents' roles in the wedding. My mother is walking me down the aisle since she's the one who raised me.

Im having just a ceremony & i was wonderinghow many people with just ceremony actually do it. I likre the idea of it. But not sure its for us. I would just do it me & FH no parents. If we decide to do it.
